Culinary Internship.

With our Culinary Internship Program the interns will experience the opportunity to work in the fast-paced environment of working kitchen. 

The program focuses on learning the kitchen etiquette and organization of the different work stations as well as waste management, “Mise en Place”, food safety, inventory control, knife skills, sanitation control and others.
