Our Hospitality Internship Program consists of rotation between different hotel departments. 

• The interns will gain deep insight of functions of different departments. 
• The interns will work closely with the management of the department and be able to develop and learn organizational and decision making skills. 
• The interns will work with guests to identify their needs, meet and try to exceed them. 
• The interns will have opportunity to experience guests’ complaint resolutions and monitor guest satisfaction levels.
